Provided all aspects of the creation of the SR 56 Extension from Meadow Pointe Boulevard to US 301 in Pasco County (including providing the right-of-way, project development and environment [PD&E] reevaluation, permitting, utilities, design, drainage, and construction). KCA designed the 4-lane divided typical section compatible with the ultimate 6-lane section and centered in a 250-foot R/W corridor.
