Cone & Graham, Inc. successfully executed the design-build construction of a new cloverleaf interchange and the comprehensive reconstruction of Lutz Lake Fern Road. The project transformed the roadway from a two-lane rural road into a modern, four-lane urban divided highway, improving traffic flow and safety for local commuters and through traffic.

As part of the project, two new signalized intersections were constructed, enhancing safety and easing congestion at key junctions. Additionally, overhead monotube cantilever sign structures were installed, providing clear and efficient signage for drivers navigating the new interchange. The design-build approach allowed for efficient project delivery while minimizing disruptions to the community.
