Cone & Graham, Inc. contributed to the development of an 8-foot-wide east-west bicycle and pedestrian facility along Pasco/Hillsborough County Line Road, from Northwood Palms Boulevard to the existing sidewalk west of Big Creek Drive. As part of this project, our team installed a pre-fabricated pedestrian bridge to connect to the existing vehicular bridge, enhancing safety and accessibility for pedestrians and cyclists.

This project was executed in accordance with a Local Agency Program (LAP) agreement between Pasco County and the Florida Department of Transportation, ensuring high standards and lasting quality. The new pathway provides a secure, convenient route for non-motorized traffic, supporting Pasco County’s commitment to sustainable transportation options.
